Kent pulled my butt out of the fire when I called him to save me from my ill-informed decision to rent in Panama City during the height of Spring Break. We had spent one night in Panama City and were at our wits end. Since my father-in-law had come in from Nebraska, I needed to get a suitable place far away from the madness. Thank you so much, Kent, for saving our (much looked forward to) vacation! Just so everyone knows, Mr. Amos could have charged me an arm and a leg to save me from PCB but he did just the opposite. I will always be appreciative of that! The condo itself was just perfect, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, and the ckeck-in, check out, etc. was hassle free to say the least. Everything is as advertised, plus you will enjoy working with the owner very much. We had a wonderful time and we hope to be back. I can't give too many thumbs up on our experience!Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Kent would have to be the nicest, easiest going person I've ever met or dealt with. ANYTHING we needed he was there with an answer. The condo is amazing with the best views that you could imagine. Every amenity is there at your fingertips, all you need is food. We have now decided to go back every year as our family vacation spot. Actually we will be going back in May. If you are questioning where to stay, end your search here. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic GetawayMy ResponseWOW Is all that all that I can say. Nice quiet beach with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Condo was everything it advertised to be. Destin is a short drive away for shopping. Definitely recommend!Recommended for: Families with Young Children

Kent , your condo was a great place to stay. We liked the king bed in the master suite as it was a lot like our bed .Condo was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Loved the view! My only complaint was the sliding glass door tract which has since been repaired and the king bed in guess room was squeaky. Loved the carpet in bedrooms as it was nice for those middle of the night bathroom trips. Would recommend this condo for a great beach stay. My husband I spent 3 glorious weeks in Kent's condo. The location was perfect, the beach spectacular and the condo was immaculate and stocked with everything that we could possibly need. What decadence to wake up in the morning and look out at the ocean! Our only stress was claiming our free beach chairs and umbrella before someone else got "our spot". (There were plenty of other chairs if we got lazy!) We loved the low key atmosphere of Okaloosa Island--less crowded but everything close by. Destin and all the crowds is about 10 minutes down the road. Kent was a delight and very concerned about the rental--he was easy to reach and has a great sense of humor. Everything in the condo was exactly as pictured and extremely comfortable. We did NOT want to leave and we would rent it again in a heartbeat! Don't miss AJ's for fantastic seafood and grab a painkiller for some great rum. Anglers has good food too and is about 3 minutes from the condo. ENJOY!
